Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Our company uses Paycom for Time and Attendance, Ad Hoc Reporting, and to help with Benefits Administration. Both Operations and Human Resources use it. It helps us keep track of payroll for sites throughout the southwest region. This allows site managers, directors, and other operations leaders to upload payroll information before the deadline for HR to review and audit in time for submission.

As an ATS provider, I prefer ClearCompany over Paycom. ClearCompany is more expensive, you pay for each recruiter license, but it's a sleek design that allows posting to seven main job boards along with company social media. If you are looking to save money, I will go with Paycom. You can't beat the bang for the buck. It'll post the XML feed and update it on different boards, but the presentation is clunky and seems outdated.
