Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use all for HRIS, Benefits with EDI feeds, Payroll, Performance, Flexible Spending, COBRA, scheduling, timesheets, onboarding with E-Verify, employee document storage, expenses, LMS, and recruiting. It allows a single product vs the multiple that we previously had.

Cons
- Give more control for configuration changes to Administrators! We don't have time to send request changes or complete a form for every change and wait. Example: Security Role changes/customization.
- Improve delay of pushing changes over from one platform to another. Example: Benefit changes to Payroll setup. Approved changes should reflect immediately.
- Improve Reporting to include the option of every single field in every single platform in any report. Reporting is getting better but still seem to have the need to run multiple reports and combine them to show what we need if the info is in different areas of Paylocity.
- Benefit Life Events is clunky and always seems to need a administrator adjustments to get it as intended. This should be seamless and completely self-service.
- Feeds from Benefits to COBRA platform should be immediate or minutes, not days. It makes me worry about compliance with notices.
- Make Flexible Spending platform easier, clean up the dashboard with options to hide terminated on the dashboard.
- HR Compliance Dashboard is great but buggy with still showing issues that have been resolved.

Greatly improved employee experience with onboarding and benefit enrollment. Gives more time to employees and sets the right tone for incoming hires. The multiple solutions that Paylocity offers has reduced costs by allowing us to eliminate multiple products.
We have not had a chance to use those tools yet.
Better than Paycor in almost every way. Paylocity Reporting is stellar in comparison to Paycor. ADP SmartCompliance far outshines Paylocity in every way. ADP Workforce Now is much more robust than Paylocity, offers more features, puts more control in the hands of the Administrator when it comes to configuration, but with that richness comes more complexity and costs. Paylocity is still the right fit for us.
