Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for payroll, recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and training. We love that the recruiting, hiring, onboarding and payroll processes are seamless. I also appreciate that Paylocity continues to improve and enrich their offerings. The ease of assigning policy and procedure training is very effective. We can manage compliance easily.

- Termination of employees within a pay period doesn't work smoothly
- Time & Labor integration with HR & Payroll reduces payroll errors. I had never done payroll before using Paylocity and the speed and accuracy has been so accurate.
- Data Analytics makes it so easy to provide the executive team with quarterly data. I appreciate the new feature of being able to make the dashboard customizable.
- The document library allows us to go paperless saving money on paper and storage.
Paylocity creates processes that allows HR and the management team to focus on their strategic work. The video tool is exciting and we have made a recruiting video that we will use for our next hires. This will bring our recruiting efforts to the next level in order to gain top talent.
We have an employee of the month survey that goes out and all the nomination comments get put into Journal entries. This helps morale as the employee can see peer recognition. We don't uses Community as we should because we use Teams for our internal communications and management did not want to have employees go to another platform.

No, I don't think so. I wasn't here when the product was purchased.
Yes - Yes, it was resolved, but it did take a couple of months. It was a problem with org chart.
