Experienced in payroll, newer user with Paylocity

We currently use all of the modules except two or three. This product assists with collecting and analyzing data for management reports. It also provides us with several notifications regarding different alerts.

The retro tool used in payroll is great. Sometimes, we have employees who receive a back-dated promotion. Paylocity takes the hassle out of manually calculating this. The time tracking can use some improvement. Recently, I have been asking about a report that would tell HR who has been out for two days, but this is not something Paylocity has, so I am searching for an outside consultant who has an integration with Paylocity.

None as of yet - it is difficult to get employees to open Paylocity unless they have some type of pay issue and want to view their check stubs. I wish there was a way there could be more engagement on Paylocity that would make employees want to log in to see what's going on. I think that will take some internal thinking.
