Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity with 3 different client numbers. Being in the system and knowing it well, I know there are many options our company is not using currently. The only issue we have (recent one) is direct deposit entry/adjustments.
  • Payroll question answering
  • Processing time is quick
  • Help from other team members when dedicated rep is out or busy.
  • Direct deposit change/editing on employees
  • Weekly updates on open tax notices
  • Reporting to be able to pull all fields into reports - on employee and company side.
  • Easier to use actual employee numbers (not limited to a certain number of characters)
  • data-driven decision making
  • In my opinion, the garnishment service is not good though - many errors that caused issues with agencies.
When our auto feed to insurance companies and 401K company works, it has been great and no issues. However, in my experience, our integration with our insurance company is not feeding over all the information they need from Paylocity.
Many of our employees use this and celebrate others good works as well as milestones.
Paylocity is way better - easier to access, run reports, and manage on a day to day basis.

Yes

I have been in Paylocity for many years and it is one of the easier systems to use. The staff (for the most part) is knowledgeable; however, I do think any newer Paylocity employees should be on a shadow basis for at least a year to get familiar with the system and types of questions.
