Overall Satisfaction with Procore
The majority of our company uses Procore, from accounting, project admins, field personnel and development team. I have used ProCore at 2 companies now in different capacities. I loved the purchasing function for contracts, change orders and PO's. Since I started here a couple of months ago, I now use it for bidding our projects. It is so easy to make 1 bid package and choose all the trades I want....I don't have to individually send an email to each sub. It really saves me an immense amount of time. I know that all the subs have the most current plans and reports. It takes away a lot of repetitiveness for me.
The field aspect of the program is amazing! You can take a picture of an issue, attach it to the drawings and send it to everyone that needs to be involved. It really helped on a few projects as we could solve the issue before anyone left the site. Minimal time wasted!

- Commitments - snap shot of all contracts, change orders, overall job cost and potential costs. Creating each of these is very user friendly as well with ample space for information.
- Bidding feature -simple and convenient to reach multiple subs at once
- Accountability within our teams as well as with subs
- On the commitments summary page, I would love to see a "date written" on their PO. When you have multiple PO's to one vendor, it would be very helpful to see a date so you can narrow it down easier.
- Accounting integration - even though it "integrates" with some software, it leaves a lot to be desired.
- Document signing - would love to see an integration with a document signing program like (DocuSign)
- Mobile app - would like to see more of the features available on the website
- ROI for me is time...saved hours and hours of time which always equates to $
Using Procore
25 - Many areas use ProCore. Construction-managing RFI's, schedule, meeting notes, daily logs, punch lists and potential change orders. Project Admins enter all subcontracts, change orders, purchase orders. Development - all consultants upload plans, reports and documents for all teams to view. Estimating-submits request for bids and uploads final budget.
2 - It really requires someone who understands how ProCore works. They have to understand what changing someones access allows them to do. Or what is affected outside of ProCore when something is changed (ex: changing a vendor name in ProCore and how that affects Sage)
- Time savings
- Document management
- Accountability
- Continuity
- Use more of the features
- Fully integrate
Procore Support

Yes - It was resolved in a matter of minutes and never had the issue again!
The original staff that initially set up ProCore for a previous company, did a bad job at it. Each contract was loaded exactly the same, when we had a custom template done. I contact ProCore and provided them with what I needed to be fixed on each. They had it all fixed and cleaned up within a day. I felt bad because it was the companies fault, not ProCore. But they were very understanding and put a rush on it because it stopped my productivity when I was writing several contracts for 3 jobs.
