QuickBooks Online is used for general accounting, accounts payable, and banking.

  • Integration with Expensify.com for expense reports
  • Time and billing system
  • Job Cost reporting
  • Increased efficiency by importing online banking and merchant banking (Authorize.net) transactions
We are hoping to upgrade to a professional services time and billing system, such as Net Suite Professional Services.
It is suitable for job cost accounting reports.

Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - Convincing management that using increased functionality was easy to implement and would be useful.
