Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I utilize Rippling for my company's benefits, Payroll, onboarding, personal information, and anything W2-related (hello tax season). Rippling is something that is incredibly straightforward and easy to use. Something you want when it comes to accessing things related to your finances. I've appreciated the little recommendations they give you along the way, as a lot of them are helpful and exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for being user first and thoughtful in your design, it's made Rippling a very seamless experience.

I don't make the decisions of what to pick, only on the user end.
They're quick to respond via email if they notice you need something. Even when an email is not prompted but they notice you're new, they'll still send helpful information to guide you through how to use Rippling.

Very User-Friendly, straightforward.
Well suited for small to mid-size companies. Not sure it has all the functionalities currently to support a large corporate business.
