Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use it for benefits, 401K, paychecks, W2, trainings. By having just one platform to work on and navigate everything I need as an employee is much easier. It makes things quicker when I need to grab answers. Before we were working on multiple platforms and using different passwords which became difficult. I love rippling. It has been a saviour.

Pros

  • Sending reminders for tasks
  • being user friendly while navigating different sections on the platform.
  • having a go to customer service individual if I need something.

Cons

  • Update my benefits to be a little easier when life changes happen.
  • have a customer support via chat.
  • Made communication much easier with HR.
Rippling has been much more user friendly in allowing me to navigate the employee portal. I have been able to get to my 401k much easier with just one sign on. Also with these other platforms they dont have onboarding assistance like Rippling does. I have also founf myself using rippling more for all of my benefits and employee goals/development.
Easy fast and they stayed on the phone with me until I was able to fully sign into my account. I also they took the time to make sure my employee profile was set up and complete before disconnecting.

I am giving a ten because it has been– effective, efficient, engaging, error tolerant, easy to learn. Thats as easy as I can explain it.
As an employee I can obtain pay stubs so easy when I was buying a house. I also lost my insurance card and there is a copy on rippling for me which made my life much easier. I also was able to get my W2 online in stead of the mail.
