Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I'm a user of Rippling. I use it to request PTO, view paystubs, and manage my benefits. The problems that matter to me are easy of access and relevance of the information published in my account.
  • Simply and directly providing info.
  • Puts relevant work items on the home screen easily found.
  • Manages logins without the complexity of an Octa or LastPass
  • I'd prefer to see more benefits information within the Rippling site, such as HSA account details, without needing to leave Rippling.
  • PTO should integrate into G-Suite more easily.
  • N/A as I'm a user not a buyer.
As a user, I like Rippling more than these other tools.
Rippling gives me everything I need from HR software. I know I can easily find what I need when I need it.

Compared to Gusto and Workday, Rippling is simpler and more user friendly than both.
I've worked in tech sales for the last 5 years, and I've used a number of different HR tools, including Workday and Gusto.

Compared to these tools, Rippling is much more direct and provides less overall info, but I'd say more relevant info. One area where Gusto helped with was including estimated costs for major medical events, such as having a child.
