Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
The company uses Rippling to run payroll with employees and contractors, share contracts with employees, request their signatures, and share an organization chart.
I am a contractor in this company, so my main usage of this is around payroll and signing contracts.
I can configure one or more back accounts and then say what percentage of my pay I want in each of them. I can also tell Rippling to automatically send the money to my bank accounts when the company pays me.

Pros
- Payroll works very good. I have never had a problem with receiving my money
- Signing contracts is easy and quick, I can focus on reading the contract and then I don't have to do anything difficult to put my signature
- The user experience is great, it doesn't take you long to do anything in particular
- The experience is the same across web and mobile
Cons
- Other competitors like Deel or Hyperwallet offers a debit card that you can use to spend the money you have in there.
- I have not seen a business expenses feature, we are using Ramp for that
- There are no features related to career path or similar
- It is an easy-to-use way of managing payroll. Less time/resources consumed on it.
- Centralized storage for contracts and compliance. You don not loose your contracts
- No worries about payment logistics if you need to hire abroad
- Deel, Hyperwallet and a PayPal service
As far as I am concerned, Rippling was the go-to alternative at first because of pricing. The company did not need anything that the competitors of Rippling had, and the price was less.
Hyperwallet offers a while-labeled site, which is not necessary for us since there is no need to have a unified look and feel with our systems. Also, user experience is much better in Rippling
