Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Ease of Use and their customization on the user interface. The time off and goal setting feature makes things more easier and user friendly. The terminology used and options to select in the beginning felt difficult to find and understand but once after getting used to it made it easier than other portals.

The Goal setting and tracking features are easier to fill in and takes very less time to setup. The drop down feature in rippling is very helpful which is missing in UKG wherein we have to fill all the details from scratch and enter them in words which takes a lot of time and effort apart from our daily work tasks.
Support Team is fast in response and helps anytime we need. They are really helpful and gets the solutions faster. The level of communication is comfortable and very professional. The agents are understanding and patient enough to listen our problems. They are supportive when we raise an issue and shows keen interest in solving the problem as soon as possible.
