Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

SalesLoft is being used by our sales organization as a dialer and email tracker as well as for sales engagement. We have multiple cadences set up for outbound efforts both for SDRs and AEs. All activity is also logged through SalesLoft. It helps us to stay organized in our outreach and follow up and provides reporting for management.

This has been helpful in call coaching. Especially when dealing with specific objections from customers or sticking points, it's nice to search for all calls that had that type of objection in them and how it was handled. It's nice to be able to see how much I talked compared to how much the customer talked--very helpful in coaching and developing sales reps.
When we first started with SalesLoft, there was a piece of functionality that was promised to us that wasn't operational at the time our service began. They handled the situation very well and credited our account until the promised functionality was available. Our account manager was also very helpful through the onboarding process and made it pretty pain free.
The platform itself is very user friendly and easy to use. The account manager also did a great job in making sure we were hitting milestones and that all employees were involved in the training and onboarding process. It was a very positive experience for us.
The UI for RingDNA is much worse. The dialer is clunky, and it's not very user friendly. The cadences aren't as customizable and the overall workflow is poor when compared to SalesLoft. There also isn't a mobile app at all for RingDNA. It felt like the generic version of SalesLoft.
SalesLoft is very well suited for inside sales orgs that want to streamline and organize their engagement efforts. You're able to build solid cadences with individual steps and timelines for each type of lead or account that's being worked. It's really helpful to make sure you're following up with everyone as often as you should. It's an added bonus that it also works as a dialer and does email tracking.
