Overall Satisfaction with Smartsheet
We are using Smartsheet in our Florida region of Picaboo Yearbooks outside sales. It addresses many problems, the main one being that we are able to fill in our contracts with our customer information from data we have or data the customer enters for us. We send a form to customers with important school information and dates. We then use Smartsheet as a way to collect and organize this information. Then, we implement Smartsheet labs to fill this information directly into DocuSign which cuts down the manual contract process.
Pros
- Collect information via forms.
- Store information in separate sheets.
- Create visual views of the information we have to easily see what we're missing.
Cons
- The number of sheets seems limited for the individual plan.
- I think the UI could be improved.
- Smartsheet enabled us to save time and money by not needing to hire someone for filling out contracts.
Asana has a nicer interface but it expensive for what you get. Airtable works well. I would prefer Airtable over Smartsheet except it does not have the capability to fill out the DocuSign's we need. Otherwise, I would solely use Airtable for this. Google Sheets is great and also has many functions we need, I would use this over Smartsheet as well if it could integrate with what we need how we need it. Right now, Smartsheet is the only tool we can find that will save us the time and money or hiring someone for contracts.
