Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Deployed to all desktops, Splashtop has been integral to our IT department. The ability to easily access desktops and servers as well as providing remote support to those who aren't onsite has freed up time to work on the real issues, not having to find a way to easily access desktops or drive to a remote location. A must have if you are supporting multiple users across the country.
- Agents can be silently pushed to all client equipment, which means it is very easy to install.
- If you don't have the ability to load the app, you can have the client log in via a website, which means multiple ways to connect.
- The clean interface, easy to use and a breeze to set up, has you up and running in a matter of minutes.
- The remote support option is top notch. However, I would love to see some built-in support tools like ping, traceroute, lookup, etc. available.
- I have no negatives to report. This product has made my life easier, and while I can't quantify it in ROI I can say it has eased the frustrations that occur when working with remote employees.

The price is fantastic, and the ease of installation and the straightforward process is why I choose Splashtop. While there are other products out there with the same functionality, this product is perfect for our small organization. I would highly recommend this product as an option for anyone looking for a remote support product.
