Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

I use TeamViewer for work most of the time, and I started using it ever since I knew how easy it is to connect to a remote desktop. Normally, I have to use it to connect to clients' laptops or PCs and remote into their desktop to resolve any issue they have. TeamViewer basically solves our business problems such as clients not being able to access our company's site, or specific web pages are blocked and I use TeamViewer to check my clients' internet settings. TeamViewer is only used for our technical services department.
  • Free To Use - TeamViewer is the only remote desktop application that is free to use across all devices and platforms. The fact that you do not have to pay a cent for the basic features is the key to why TeamViewer is very popular.
  • Efficiency - TeamViewer is very reliable, fast, easy to install, and download, and easy to connect. It does not need any specific requirements to use the application. Also using TeamViewer on a mobile phone such as Apple iPhone, I can easily connect and use my finger to move the mouse around.
  • Security - TeamViewer has a multi-level security to connect to another a PC or laptop using a one-time password. It is important to have a one to one secure connection.
  • UI - TeamViewer's elegantly designed viewing window makes it easier to understand the icons and features. The UI is simple widows that do not focus on them, but make users dive into the remote desktop connection, without confusing users.
  • Support - TeamViewer is lacking in terms of support there are times when tech support lacks the knowledge of TeamViewer and the common issues users experience. I just hope TeamViewer can train their support team, so the calls can be less time-consuming.
  • Monitor Idle Workstations - with TeamViewer you can easily connect to an idle PC with a secure connection and the process takes less than a minute most of the time, there is never a lag of speed when connection to another pc via TeamViewer.
  • Ability to resolve issues with TeamViewer - connecting to clients' laptop/PC and solving issues for my company that I work for has been a breeze. Moreover, with TeamViewer I can solve 3-5 cases per day depending on the type of the issue.
  • TeamViewer is very efficient and reliable to use
  • TeamViewer's record speed connectivity to a remote desktop connection is very fast
  • It's free to use compared to the software mentioned above that require you to pay upfront before using it.
  • Moreover, TeamViewer secure log-in with a one time token gives me a peace of mind that my connection is secure and I can transfer files.
TeamViewer is well suited for personal use, the reason is because TeamViewer does not charge to use the software with basic features. Also, most of the time with TeamViewer you do not need the full-featured product which is pricey if you are using TeamViewer for your business. The reason why I say price is the key here is because if you get the commercial license it is very expensive compared to the free product.
