Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
Now with these COVID 19 restrictions and quarantine, we have to use TeamViewer 10x more than we've used to. It's completely helpful and recommended. It makes our job ( IT Team) way easier and faster. People got used to it and they also like this new way of getting Tech Support
- Fast remote support, almost no delay between computers
- Transfer files speed, almost the same as my ISP
- Ability to chat / video call between user and IT member is great, even more when phone system is not working
- Accessing Admin user, sometimes it's kind of hard, maybe having a place where you can define de admin user name / password would be great
- Sometimes a simple Yes / No to accept the session could be faster than giving the password.
- ROI has paid off completely within the first 3 months. Totally worth it
- We didn't even have to think about the investment when we realized how useful was to our company, best IT support tool for us
TeamViewer is way more user friendly and also faster. Any desk is not bad, don't get me wrong, but TV is way faster and runs smoothly. There no issues and you can do more with it than other companies. Based on my experience (more than 4 remote control softwares for more than 3 years each) I think TeamViewer is one of the best ones

In terms of IT support, is absolutely easier to manage requirements, and people are losing almost none of their working time. Configuring new tools and keeping devices up to date and clean with software maintenance tools is way easier than explaining to them how to do it
We have the accounts logged with the same admin user, and just blocked the application to be opened by system admin, we actually ask them to accept the remote session to avoid computer invadors, but we don't need any ID because we have them under the same account. Totally safe and easy to access

The main difference between this premium support and the basic version, is the 15 licensed users and this report that shows who was connected to an specific device at some point, which is very useful in our case since we use TV to connect to one of our servers, and we actually have 10 users accessing the same server for different tasks, so we can have some kind of record and if something goes wrong, we can actually know who is responsible
Teamviewer is still the best remote desktop app that have ever used, Smooth, fast, there's so far no way that we will replace it. In these times when people work from home, is necessary to have it at its best. We've been using it now for more than 4 years and there's still not a single date with a downtime period, or any issues (at least when we've used it). Completely satisfied with this product
