We use Teamviewer exclusively for remote control of Windows devices. Teamviewer addresses the need for technical support via remote control.

Teamviewer's remote control tool is the most reliable one available in the market. It's miles away from Splashtop or Anydesk. Works every time, works behind firewalls, connections are established fast and work smoothly. If that wasn't enough, file transfer works flawlessly and allows for drag and drop from the host computer, a feature which all other competitors lack.

Teamviewer provides a single installation file which can be executed manually or scripted for unattended deployments. Easy and reliable.
I can only comment on two factor authentication, which we haven't had any issues with.
