Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In today's world of hybrid and remote work, there's often a pressing demand for quick IT support. The foremost challenge was that our team members were spread out in different locations, which was a bit of a hurdle when we urgently needed IT assistance. Plus, some of our developers work on workspaces, and having a reliable connection to remote servers is an absolute necessity. That's why our IT support team decided to go with TeamViewer, a choice that's made a lot of things easier than imagined.

It has really great GUI, no prior training or practice would be required.

We configured with out internal LDAP server and we utilized single sign-on security mechanism.

Since we started using TeamViewer, It's made our support process seamless and super efficient. We used TeamViewer not for IT support only but also we've put TeamViewer to good use for speedy and painless file transfers, especially when we're dealing with those massive gigabyte-sized files. It's been a game-changer, relieving us from the hassle of managing these hefty files. Last but not least, Session recording and monitoring is an additional feature provided by this tool; which is also greatly useful from a future perspective.
