I am working remotely as this tool helps me to get in touch with the IT team if we are facing any issues while using a laptop. Also, if I want any software on my laptop that needs an administrator ID and password then I share the TeamViewer ID and password with the IT team and they take my access to install the required software.

With this software tool, we can remotely serve users who cannot travel geographically and this offers a great advantage for companies that are distributed in different headquarters, many of them distant, and without IT personnel.

- I love the unattended access that TeamViewer offers

- I have had problems with TeamViewer's shortcuts not working properly unless I run them from the command prompt.
- The security of the sessions could be improved; I think they are not as rigid as they should be regarding authentication factors. Also, it depends on a good connection on both sides for adequate and uninterrupted use.
- It would be a good correction if they change the interface completely, placing one that has a nicer design, some colors that really get the user's attention and make him feel more comfortable, of course, I do not say that the current interface is ugly, but I do I would like some changes.
