We use TriNet for payroll, benefits, PTO, and consulting on HR issues
Pros
- normal process implementation (payroll)
- consulting on specific HR issues
- Benefits information
Cons
- answering specific questions about, for example, PTO inconsistencies
- account contact is not as responsive as desired
- fixing problems with data (PTO, for example)
- payr9oll is on time
- love that they take care of payroll taxes, etc.
- great consulting on HR issues
- PTO resolution of issues is not handled well ... communication is an issue
business as usual
at the time, they would not approve us for health insurance

Yes, when I had an employee with a serious illness. the hr consultant was very helpful with alternatives and recommendations.

- payroll - I was given opposing advice a few times re: SAVE vs SUBMIT
- expense reports - wasn't told how to convert to payroll
