Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet for payroll, benefits, PTO, and consulting on HR issues
  • normal process implementation (payroll)
  • consulting on specific HR issues
  • Benefits information
  • answering specific questions about, for example, PTO inconsistencies
  • account contact is not as responsive as desired
  • fixing problems with data (PTO, for example)
They have improved, but it is still difficult to get information on the resolution process when there is a problem with data such as PTO
in my experience, it is a little difficult to find things on the platform. When a competitor has to explain to me how to get the requested reports out of the TriNet platform, it says a lot about how unfriendly it is.

  • love that they take care of payroll taxes, etc.
  • great consulting on HR issues
  • PTO resolution of issues is not handled well ... communication is an issue

Yes, when I had an employee with a serious illness. the hr consultant was very helpful with alternatives and recommendations.
