Makes supporting the company workforce easier with a high level of professionalism
Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
Trinet is used for payroll, benefits, and HR. Asa a small business, Trinet is a one-stop solution for many of the management functions that are time-consuming for a small business.
Pros
- Wide range of benefits choices
- Professional support
- Payroll
- Employee onboarding
Cons
- Customer Service - the move from an assigned customer rep to Connect 360 has diminished the effectiveness and timeliness of the customer support for SNTC
- Follow-up and follow-through. Changed banks and notified Trinet two pay cycles ahead of the change. Trinet failed to perform the required checks causing the payroll to fail. Trinet then attempted to bully SNTC for the mistake. When reps finally admitted Trinet failed to perform the correct steps, I asked for SNTC's account to be cleared of black marks. Was not done and bullying continued when asked to direct wire payroll funds for the next payroll. Too many errors by Trinet personnel for one simple bank change.
- Reduces the time HR spent on administrative tasks to allow for additional revenue generation
- Standardizes HR for SNTC workforce ensuring consistent employee management
- Keeps execution of support of SNTC workforce professional and consistent

Not needed for my small business.
While I preferred the by name client executive, I am still satisfied with the central entry point and response by the Trinet team. The product and service is such that I rarely actually require additional assistance.
