Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
I was looking for a social collaboration software that will improve the interactions and communication between our employees and even clients while executing our daily duties in the field. My role was to do research listing both cons and pros of the various software products available and present to the board, who will arrive at the final decision on which software will be acquired in the company.

The TrustRadius site was informative and the various reviews published on the site were quite complete and relevant. I found them complete as there were various sections in the review that had nice data and information. The cons listed were helpful as well as the pros, and even the general thinking of the reviewers concerning the products.
What I look for in reviews is basically what the reviewer thinks of the software. More so I concentrate a lot on cons, where I evaluate the challenges given that one encounters while using the softwares and issues concerning support and the response given by the vendor while consulting on a number of issues that may arise.
Reviews ensure you make the right decision and you acquire the best software based on the company needs and preferences. Having access to reviews improved my general understanding and perception towards the various software clusters.

I looked for blogs and information published by the vendors on their website where they give an overview of what is in their software. I found that also very informative. The other area where I acquired information is from the release notes that the vendors give occasionally concerning what is new in their software.
TrustRadius has complete reviews that are informative and packed with helpful information that helps one make the right decision in buying the software. Some of the other sites were shallow in their reviews and did not offer the true picture of what one will get upon acquiring the software for use in their companies.
