Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is used by the whole organization. The HR and Payroll departments are using the full capabilities while the employees have the user or manager access.
  • Workflows.
  • Reporting.
  • Benefits setup.
  • Workflows.
  • Policy acknowledgments.
  • Direct reports of a terminated manager should be automatically assigned to the next manager in line.
  • Able to see a manager's direct reports in the manager's record.
UltiPro is more user friendly and customizable. The information is updated in real time throughout all modules. Multiple employee records can be opened at the same time.

Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled - Management is open to change if the change impact the company in a good way.
  • Dependents, beneficiary and emergency contacts uploads. They should be broken down in three, not all provided on the same report.
  • Historical data upload.
  • Implemented in-house
