Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

We use the Vidyard service as a sales tool in prospecting, repeating appointments, and determining customer satisfaction. Vidyard is an important part of the distinctiveness of our business.

We ended up launching the Vidyard service when we received a recommendation from our partner, HubSpot. Our challenge was to reach new customers in a way that appeals but is not intrusive. We incorporated Vidyard into our day-to-day sales operations and have received a lot of positive feedback from our customers, partners, and employees.

Vidyard is said to integrate with, for example, a customer relationship management (CRM) system, but in our case, the use with a CRM system is best done by keeping programs open in multiple browsers at the same time. I would like an improvement on this.
I've been in touch once with Vidyard customer service. I got the answer to my question satisfactorily as well as quickly. I'm really pleased with Vidyard customer service and believe it will help me in the future in the same way.
  • Drift
Before deploying the Vidyard service, we compared similar tools or programs, and came across Drift. I tried to enable Drift, but the interface and program were so confusing that I couldn't get it enabled. I didn’t want to waste my time on this.
If my colleague or client were to ask for a solution to a similar problem when what I had with sales prospecting, I would definitely recommend the Vidyard tool.
