Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard
We use the Vidyard service as a sales tool in prospecting, repeating appointments, and determining customer satisfaction. Vidyard is an important part of the distinctiveness of our business.
We ended up launching the Vidyard service when we received a recommendation from our partner, HubSpot. Our challenge was to reach new customers in a way that appeals but is not intrusive. We incorporated Vidyard into our day-to-day sales operations and have received a lot of positive feedback from our customers, partners, and employees.

Before deploying the Vidyard service, we compared similar tools or programs, and came across Drift. I tried to enable Drift, but the interface and program were so confusing that I couldn't get it enabled. I didn’t want to waste my time on this.
