Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use AuthPoint across the whole organization to manage the authentication of the remote VPN access for our employees.
On- and offboarding is extremely easy across a multi-device-environment and the remote administration and monitoring features in the WatchGuard cloud are outstanding. Also the mobile apps and the push-token are an enhancement. We can definitely recommend it.

Citrix Gateway (formerly NetScaler Unified Gateway)

WatchGuard AuthPoint offers more flexibility compared to the other solution and more app features. Also the cost efficiency is better and the handling in the cloud is much more intuitive.

WatchGuard AuthPoint Simplicity

We appreciate using the AuthPoint cloud service. For us it is the perfect solution. Even if we are not in the office, the management access is always possible.
What we still miss is the possibility to have an audit log to view changes made to the system configuration.

WatchGuard AuthPoint Mobile Token

At the beginning we were not so sure about the acceptance of our users to use their own smartphone for the WatchGuard AuthPoint app.
But it took not so long, until the users recognized the benefits of the permanent availability of the token. So this worked out well very quickly.
