Authpoint mobile is great and very easy to use. It also allows adding tokens from other services, which has allowed us to use it as a universal token storage for all the tokens our users have, even the 365 tokens!

Secure, complex, great MFA solution, well integrated with other Watchguard ecosystem.

The AuthPoint mobile app is small and simple to use. The app technically never needs to be "used" as the authentication can be approved from the lock screen if set to push notification. However I frequently get complaints from end users that the AuthPoint app is "constantly downloading". In fact, it's not downloading anything and that what the users are seeing in the app is a timer for the 6-digit code that changes every minute. The UI for the timer should definitely be fixed so people aren't so easily confused.
