Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

After initial setup, it practically runs itself. Onboarding new users is fast and easy as it should be. The AuthPoint mobile app is small and simple to use. The only reason I do not give it a 10 is that I frequently get complaints from end users that the AuthPoint app is "constantly downloading". In fact, it's not downloading anything and that what the users are seeing in the app is a timer for the 6-digit code that changes every minute.

I was able to setup and start testing in 1 day, there was an issue where when i approved the MFA it was not working, but when working with support (They were very responsive and fast to assist) it turns out that my conditional access policy was blocking it so i had to exclude the application from using mfa in my single sign on environment.

They offer an easy to use app for iOS and Android, and also a hardware token in the event that a user is not able to use their device. This means that it’s able to be used by any user any time, no excuses.

AuthPoint has obviously had security and ease of use in their business objectives since day 1.

Once it has been set up, using AuthPoint for VPN MFA is great! It's the initial setup that makes people pull their hair out.

Between all of the settings in the Cloud, Firebox and application, everything has to be perfect or it never works. And your documentation is a confusing mish-mash of ill-defined terms and procedures with embedded links that often loop back to pages you've already read. Very difficult to find the correct information without calling WatchGuard Support directly and speaking with an expert.

From an end user's perspective it is very easy to use, however from a management perspective it is a little more challenging due to difficulty of configuring some features such as SSLVPN integration.

WatchGuard AuthPoint is very user friendly, with minimal interaction needed to both set it up, and to maintain it's continued use. The log in interface is easily understood, with clear and easily understood icons to allow for different methods of authentication. The WatchGuard team is constantly improving their Login app, which is constantly improving the user interface, allowing for a smoother and quicker login process.

For the end-user, it's very simple to use. From activation to actual use, AuthPoint makes it simple. When activating, it guides the end-user in a way that nearly everyone can understand and do on their own, saving us time and money.

For the person managing AuthPoint, we don't have to re-train our staff to learn how to use another tool. WatchGuard Cloud is already used in our organization, so training is a snap.

With Authpoint being a cloud based service everything we do is through the browser. That being the case it's very user friendly, each step is quick to accomplish and we are able to scale this quickly without having to add additional hardware or cumbersome application installation. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to add an additional layer of security to your network.

It's very handy, and I like being able to store other 2FA codes in the same application, I just wish that it supported push from other services (it's unlikely this could be supported anyway), and then it would really have everything it could possibly need.

WatchGuard AuthPoint provides several authentication methods according to you needs, users can authenticate through hardware tokens via OTP, or they can also use their own smartphones to do so, via push, OTP or QR code. Both options are quite friendly and simple to use, and if you chose the smartphone app, you can even add your personal touch to your tokens.

WatchGuard AuthPoint is very useful for protecting the organization at different levels in the IT environment. It is one solution that can be implemented at different types of access. The first protection is the local access to your workstation, then you can protect access to the MS365 environment, with all the important office applications and mailbox, then it can protect your access to the different company application, whether they are deployed in the Cloud or on premise and it can also protect you VPN connection when working remotely. At last but not least, it can also protect your personal applications like Facebook, Google Gmail and other.

In terms of selling it to our customers there is some pretty heavy lifting required to get it operational.
In all honesty the primary surface we protect is Office 365, the inbuilt Office 365 MFA is far easier and cheaper to implement but is less secure.
