Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
Excellent, the firewall is very good, easy to configure, we can manage our network with various policy's for blocking websites using grouping which has been provided by WatchGuard, automatic updates from WatchGuard which has made a list of websites that have the potential for malware and fake websites, WatchGuard also protects users from potential cybercrimes such as fraud from websites that have been infiltrated by malware. Apart from this, WatchGuard also makes it easier for administrators to analyze websites that are accessed by users.

- The only thing is when our subscription expired, the function for security stopped working.

We use a local partner in Indonesia (MetaJaya), they are very helpful starting from the buying process, setting, configuring, and testing WatchGuard, overall the after-sales are good and also supportive for any problems that occur in operations. Besides that, they also always provide the best price whenever there is a need and subscription renewal when the license expires.
Licenses on devices and subscriptions make it easy to manage devices and services used as a single unit. The reports provided by WatchGuard also make it easier for administrators to perform the necessary analysis to support operations in our business, including the costs that need to be incurred by management which, in our opinion, are cheaper than similar competitors.
WatchGuard has provided policies that are always updated with the development of circulating websites, as well as an automatically updated database that protects the new website from potential cybercrime. For the competitors mentioned above, this does not exist, so administrators must first create data that takes a long time and is most likely not as complete as what WatchGuard provides.

Didn't purchase premium support because had configure before when we buy at the first time product from WatchGuard ( previously we used WatchGuard XTM25 when this product has been end of life) after that we use WatchGuard T20 box for managing our network
WatchGuard provides a free license temporarily when the product we ordered is indented due to shipments made from overseas
