Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We love using this tool, it is very stable, we use it to communicate with colleagues. We do work groups for specific topics and we minimize emails and this makes communication more fluid in the team. Now with remote work or when we go on a trip we can communicate with the team very easily.

  • When someone does not answer a conference call, they should add an option to remove people from the room.

The security provided by Cisco is superior, [stable], easy to use, [has] good resolution in video calls, [and has] superior audio quality.
The support is very good and the tool is regularly updated, improving its functions.

For its easy use, quick implementation, and the value it adds to the business. It has increased the productivity of the employees since it avoids unnecessary meetings or that it takes more than the account and improves the internal communication with a simple message we can do paperwork in human resources, inform our bosses, or greet a colleague.
[For] video calls if you do not have a good connection or a decent PC can be affected, I recommend reviewing the minimum requirements to implement. For the other functions of chats, calls, conferences it works very well the sound is good. The automatic status change function is very good if a Webex session is started or calls change the icon on the user to notify other users.
