Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

It was one of the best decisions to start using this tool as a VoIP Provider for our company. With this tool, we are able to easily connect with our colleagues just with the help of signing in. Webex Calling has been deployed by all our departments, and it works pretty well. This product has thoroughly helped in calling features also just by staying at home. This efficient product is used in our whole organization and it delivers everything from A to Z that it has promised.

Pros

  • The additional collaboration tool within the product is great in enriching the overall experience.
  • This tool provides a single platform for all employees in order to keep a connection among all of them.
  • It enables enterprise landlines all across the world and it also provides access from anywhere so that is a great thing.
  • The app gives a fresh breezy outlook which makes users feel connected and lively.

Cons

  • I have noticed that the conferencing annotation does not work well with the Webex board which gets pretty frustrating.
  • Moreover, sometimes there are some bugs which really bothers us and come in our way of telephony features.
  • This product has proven to be a better and cost-effective tool as compared to others and due to which it is not expensive for us.
  • It has a very easy-to-use interface which keeps our training costs minimum and saves our time as well.
Its calling, messaging, and meeting features and functionalities are going well. I appreciate this tool and the team that is making it useful for us. Moving on to the usability of the product, the product has a great interface that is very intuitive in nature.
It is really easy to understand and grasp. Employees are able to store and understand it in the easiest way possible. Moreover, their customer support team has been super knowledgeable and supportive regarding how we are able to understand the product. They are always there to do follow-ups and ensure that the problems we were facing get resolved way quicker than we expected. Hence, customer support is just spot on.
All of the products I have used for our company have been pretty similar in nature. From the time we introduced Webex Calling in our business, it proved to be a game-changer as it has just brought a suite of products to us. I would rate this tool above all others as with this we can integrate in the easiest way possible.

Webex Calling is one of the most solid video conferencing tools which is great and amazing for business use. I do not feel even for a second that I have made the wrong decision as this product has made our life so easy whether we are at home or we are at the office. This product just seamlessly helps us in coordinating with all the relevant people at the right time.
