Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

Webex Calling is replacing traditional on-prem and hosted cloud solutions within our organization. That it can be used with and on multiple device platforms makes it highly desirable. No longer is there a need to ship VPN devices or physical endpoints. Since it's all in the cloud only thing our end users need is a connection to the internet.

  • Bulk export and import tools.
  • Automation for self enrollment.
  • No hardware maintenance or support.
  • Uses existing devices of the workforce.
  • Easily adaptable.
Webex CC along with Webex Meetings is great for small to large organizations when bundled with Webex Calling. Having all functions in one pane of glass and one vendor makes it easier to support as well as receive support. Features and functionality is expanded on a regular basis. Customer Care has been growing as features are requested that are usually only found in on-prem solutions like Courtesy Call Back, CRM, and SRM integrations.
Very secure as user accounts are all tied to SSO with the organization and the login and audit features within the platform make it easy to ensure compliance.
I had used Ooma for business in the past and the functionality did not stack up to the features available in Webex Calling. It also lacked available add-ons like meetings and customer care. Mobile apps were in need of a major upgrade as well as better user interface, ease of use, and it lacked multiple device platforms.

Webex Calling is perfect for small as well as large organizations. It's perfect for organizations that do not have a local support staff and need a user interface that is simple to use for everyday moves, adds, and changes. Cisco support provides the technical side taking the burden off of the client. Larger organizations benefit from the mobility and control of their mobile office staff.
