Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
Our entire organization uses Webex Calling, previously we were with BroadSoft - the predecessor the Webex Calling. We really enjoyed the Webex Calling and the features it includes like softphones and how you can pick up calls from your computer to your cell phone and two other devices.
- Softphones.
- Active noise canceling.
- Ease of use.
- Others statuses to be clearer.
- We are spending less money on hardware and on software than we previously were.
We utilize Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, Webex Meetings, and utilize Webex hardware and many of our meeting rooms and in our manager's offices both at home and at our facilities.
With lockout features and passwords all among other cyber security items that Webex was taken into account, we know that using Webex calling is one of the most secure options available on the market today.

What Webex has to offer doesn't even come close to what its competitors can offer, it far surpasses anything else on the market that we have come into contact with.
