Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
We are a Cisco Webex Partner and reseller. We have recently deployed multiple organizations with Webex Calling platform. Our customers were looking for a cloud-based, easy-to-integrate and feature-rich telephony systems. In most cases, Webex calling proved to offer more than its competitors at a similar price point. Backed by Cisco and its powerful R&D investments, customers were confident in the solution on the long term.

When combined with Meetings and/or Messaging, the Webex Calling platform makes a powerful and intuitive one-stop shop for all collaboration within teams and across Organizations. Better communication through smarter, faster and simpler communications means that staff and managers alike are gaining time to perform where it matters most for the business, wherever they are, office or remote.
Some customers we worked with had specific interop requirements and we were able to fulfilled their request with the open API available with Cisco Webex. This is more than just a calling app, but a complete suite of tools enabling customers collaboration levels to remain high. With Cisco, we know it is safe and secure just as much as it important to quality to protect investments.
