Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

We used Webex Calling for all sorts of meeting and chat interaction with colleagues and supervisor. Overall the tool is good, and helps in overall interaction perspective. Doesn't help in file sharing, or file storage via portals.

  • Should be a one stop solution that helps all the user base
  • Webex Calling is used mostly throughout my university.
  • Nice price point helps in the budget.
  • When simply call is required, the good connectivity helped a lot.
Zoom, MS Teams, Miro Board
The integration is smooth and brand name provides a lot of trust. Besides, features like participant management, call queue, selective acceptance of callers helps to maintain security and proper management of the call.

Best suited for cloud calling, and only meetings.
Not suited for development teams, where teams should sit together, use some sort of boards to solve a problem/brain storm/or manage work flow.
