We use this product as the main source of our calling services… In addition, we also use the contact center variant that is you lies within the application.

Cisco Contact center Finesse.
The product does very well and meeting of my team as we are able to meet chat and collaborate in a safe and secure space… We don’t have to worry about people who are outside of our organization, jumping into our shared spaces being privileged to our information that we discuss within our team
It’s most for the contact center and agent features.

This application is suitable for those who work from home, but I don’t have space for a physical device on their desk. Wherever you take your laptop or desktop computer there you will have the application. You also have the ability to connect your mobile phone to the service there by using it on your mobile device as a second line.
