Easy to use

Webex Meetings has increased productivity and reduced travel time and expenses.

Usability

Compared to other platforms I've used, Webex Teams is the most familiar and easiest to use with a very low learning curve.

Support Rating

The Webex Meetings support team is very responsive and typically gets most issues resolved within 1-3 business days.

Alternatives Considered

Zoom Video Webinar, GoToMeeting and ON24

Webex Meetings was much more feature-rich and easier to use than any of the other platforms I've used or evaluated.

Webex Meetings is great for voice and video teleconferencing for teams to collaborate. Webex Meetings Support could be easier to use and easier and faster to get the remote entity joined to the session.
