Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We can collaborate easily with Webex. The interface is very user-friendly, and the user experience and security are certainly superior compared to many alternatives. Client view is awesome while screen sharing. I use it also in trainings, polling, getting feedback instantly is awesome. Reporting is also helping to keep track of who is attended to which portions of the sessions

Pros

  • All functions running as expected, calendar, drawings, music/sound sharing, etc., everything works well.
  • Previewing what I share while presenting is so important for me
  • stability also so important even in unstable networks, app adjust itself

Cons

  • With updates and latest version, nothing left I think in my mind.
  • Poll feature can be more intuitive, user friendly and visually appealing
  • Prices can be lowered especially for Turkey, or similar countries.
  • At early days, app names have been also confusing, I have two webex applications in desktop, but later on it is fixed, that is good, thanks for it.
Webex is easy to use, secure and Cisco is a well-known company, brand. Some webex features don't exist in other alternatives like client view like in TV broadcasting, that gives such a perspective. Alternative apps's third party application pool/integrations are also expanding, I have not use them for a while, however last time I use I am aware of some app integrations will extend our imagination and trigger some ideas. Good work, keep it.

I think in every aspect, it is suitable. Sometimes button captions can be ambiguous, like "restart now" after updating, it can be "Restart application now", some friends who have less technical background gave feedback about this kind of minor issues, maybe in some other languages, similar things can arise, to keep in mind. Report an issue function is always welcome.

Cisco Webex Experience

I tried automatic noise suppression, and it worked well, especially once in a while there was construction nearby, and I asked the audience “Is the noise bothering you?” and all of them said no, then this made me sure about this function working well. I did not try real-time transcription; however, this function also sounds nice, better to have when in need. All functions are easy to run and configure, and when you need one, you know where it can be, this also means well-designed User Interface.
I did not use these features.
I do not know inner workings, therefore if it says secure and I want to believe, and from a user perspective easily using, changing configuration, easy to use, enable such options, and applying settings and seeing effects immediately are very well.

Yes it was easy to learn without training and we helped each other to understand how it works. I recommend this approach to others, if you have enough technology usage information and readiness.

The product is easy to configure and settings are where you think of, or assume, well planned to reach and set.
Some - we have done small customizations to the interface - the settings are easily reachable and categoric, this makes it easy to configure.
