Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
The best feature of Webex meetings is Data privacy and security that's why we are using Webex Meetings with our esteemed Govt. clients. There are other meeting platforms, but we are using Webex since they all look so unprofessional compared to Cisco Webex. It provides high quality video and audio facilities even a very big screen. we are using through our meeting and conference room very effectively. It provides a feature of desktop sharing and application sharing. Due to it's flexibility we meet either from phone or web browser.
Pros
- Meeting recordings and reuse after meeting if someone misses the meetings.

- It provide a high definition of video and audio quality during meetings with high end resolution VC devices
Cons
- UI design is atrocious and not user friendly
- Webex meeting solution is costlier as compared to others
- The voice of the speaker breaks quite often, which creates problems for other attendees, particularly for large meetings.
- We have provided to our esteemed clients and our client is very much satisfied for it's data privacy and security
- Not user friendly or UI is not up to the mark. So every time when we creates meetings experience people are required to create the meetings.
