Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
We are using Workfront throughout IT and it has grown into our professional services group, our editorial group, and our marketing team.
We rely on Workfront every day to manage our product development efforts using both agile and waterfall approaches, triage help desk issues, and manage our marketing design requests, among other things.
Workfront has streamlined many processes and provided much greater transparency throughout our organization and enhanced trust with our IT team.

- Reporting - the foundation for the platform!
- Project management communication is superb!
- Project management without over-complexity.
- Agile - gotta see some burn up reporting across multi-iteration projects.
- Agile storyboarding - release planning could be more intuitive.
- Ability to measure time spent at a specific status...so I can better measure bottlenecks in our workflow.
- Ability to quantify where our resources are spending time.
- Ability to review estimates given by our development teams and make appropriate scope/project selection decisions.
