Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike is used by various department managers, supervisors, and executives in our headquarters. We are using Wrike for tracking both daily tasks and long term projects. We have a retail website with thousands of products and 80+ retail locations based around the United States and several international retail locations. Wrike helps us track tasks that would otherwise be difficult to manage, while also helping our organization monitor workflow and progress. Many of our tasks tracked with Wrike involve migrating platforms for our retail website. Without in-depth and functional workflow management software, these myriad tasks would be left to individuals to track through email. Wrike has helped our organization to streamline our processes and meet our goals and deadlines.

- Personnel assignments
- More licenses for the price
- Calendar could use functionality improvements
- Positive - Deadline management
- Positive - Task tracking
Wrike is much more robust, feature rich, and customizable than both Basecamp and Trello. While Board view is very similar to Trello, Wrike is much more adaptable and scaleable than Trello. Trello seems better suited to smaller operations. monday.com is the only project management software that is comparable to the functionality of Wrike. I actually prefer many of the customizations of monday.com to those of Wrike. monday.com also allows many guest accounts that can access the projects, while Wrike limits users. That being said, Wrike excels against monday.com in terms of viewing options and creating reports. I believe either monday.com or Wrike to be excellent fits for our organization, but in terms of individual usability, Wrike is the superior choice for us.
