Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike is currently being leveraged within our Marketing Department with cross-department point collaboration. Our marketing organization is using Wrike for daily task management, large-scale project management, as well as approval workflows.

Wrike is helping us to solve several business challenges including workflow efficiency, project communication, creative version controlling, etc.
  • Assigns and tracks approvals
  • Version controlling
  • Task assignment
  • Project dependencies
  • File storage and management
  • Tighter task/folder/project access restrictions within workspaces
  • More consistent mobile + desktop app alignment
  • Easier to use calendar view functionality
  • It has made our team more efficient, meaning we can tackle more projects
  • It has aligned individual to-dos making our individual contributors more productive
We evaluated Wrike through a 3+ vendor RFP process. We ultimately chose Wrike based on our previous experience with the platform and its ability to build through project layers, track approvals, review, mark-up, and version control, as well as provide a coherent to-do list for our individual contributors.

Wrike beat most other solutions by a long shot, and we ultimately chose it over Asana due to its more robust nature and ability to give us granular breakdowns of content review + feedback. It also provides great integrations with Adobe products allowing our creative team to quickly and easily share creative files for review and feedback.
Our broader team loves the platform, and our account manager has been very responsive in assisting us with questions on how to best leverage the solution. We are currently in the process of bringing on point-collaborators from other departments to test out potential for a multi-department rollout.

While our technical teams leverage Jira there is an opening for the non-technical teams to leverage Wrike for stronger and faster project collaboration.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Wrike is perfect for marketing and creative teams to manage projects, and assets where version control and review mark-up are important. It's also a great agency tool to align various teams with client deliverables.

It's least appropriate in technical or customer success settings where a solution like Jira is more appropriate. It would be useful in a sales org. However, with tools like Salesforce to track to-dos and documents, it may not be the best suited or appropriate.
