Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike is being used in our organization as a multiple project management application in the Business Operations Department. Our organization has multiple teams and each team has multiple projects. So we require an organized way to see a holistic view of all team's work and open projects. Wrike works for us as we can get a birds-eye view of all open projects in the dashboard.
- Intuitive Design: A lot of team members are not PMs, so it's easy to use.
- Visibility: A holistic view of all open projects.
- Task Assignment: It's easy to assign tasks to multiple users.
- Mobile Devices: I wish there was a version for smart phones.
- Downloads: Sometimes it's not as efficient to download files/folder.
- Task management.
- Email integration.
- Team collaboration.
- Document management.
- A huge positive impact as the teams feel more collaborative.
- Project managers and Team Leads are happy as they can assign tasks easily.
- Users get notified on which tasks are assigned to them.
- Asana, monday.com and Microsoft Project
I have used multiple project management software and applications, and I feel Wrike is definitely one of the most usable ones for teams of under 100 people. This is very easy to work, vs Microsoft Project, where you have to take tutorials before even beginning to use that. I think Wrike is one of the best project management software available on the market.
