Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

I use Wrike to plan out marketing campaigns and projects, and to monitor my team's workload. We have about 100 users.

Pros

  • Gant Chart Organization
  • Reporting Capabilities
  • Dashboard Customization

Cons

  • Reliability/glitches
  • Removing views that were my favorite
  • Unhelpful customer service when I have technical problems
  • Streamlined workflows from only using one program
  • More equitable work allocation amongst the team due to workload reporting
  • Stronger project reporting capabilities than using email, etc.
We use automations that are triggered when people complete tasks within projects, but we've found that it's hard to get people to reliably mark off their work as completed.
The layouts are often changing, and the location of navigational buttons is not as intuitive as other project management tools that I've used.
Wrike is one of my favorite tools I've used so far because although it has vast reporting capabilities, I also find the interface to be pretty user friendly.

Wrike is a good tool for organizing a large number of people and files. I might opt for a simpler, easier to use software if I had a smaller team.
