Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike to organize our Marketing team projects and tasks. It helps us assign and track tasks and keep history of activities. It makes it easier to have version control and keep track of approvals, as well as posting of final documents.

Pros

  • Tracking tasks
  • Communicating between team members on projects
  • Version control
  • Archiving projects for future reference

Cons

  • how to insert emails about projects
  • Improved collaboration within the team
  • Version control
I have not yet used.
Wrike is complicated to learn and use, it takes a while to master all the approval and work flow functions. I had to learn Wrike along with 2-3 other software programs and it was quite demanding. I have still not retained how to attach related emails and haven't found instructions easily to learn.
Quark was appropriate for the newsletter and magazine publishing arena, but lacked the project management capabilities that Wrike offers.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Wrike is not easy to learn, but once you build confidence, it is a good way to keep up to speed on projects, tasks, and to do lists. It can keep track of reviews, changes, approvals, and archive these for future reference. It also has a pretty good search function if you name the documents with that capacity in mind
