Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use it to coordinate between departments and teams within the departments. It covers every step of the workflow process from the script writing to the video production to the social media creation and the proofing stages for everything. We utilize the status settings as a way of letting each team member know when their stage of work is set to begin and when each step of the project is complete.
Pros
- clear status settings for the task and project levels
- easy to assign tasks and projects
- plenty of ways to add information and record details for easy team access to required background on any project or task
Cons
- some status settings are replicated between tasks or projects when can be confusing
- allows the full team to get organized and involved
My team has not used any of the AI or automation features to my knowledge. I don't know what these might be and will not speak to them one way or the other.
There are similarities in offerings, but Wrike is more friendly in the visual presentation of the projects.
