Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike is being used for internal help requests within the EA team as well as for system enhancements/development requests and bug fixes. Our users will create Wrike requests using the specific form for their needs (support or dev). From there it posts to the corresponding board and is assigned to the person working the ticket. Before Wrike, we were tracking internal help and development requests via email and Slack and it was a total mess. No way to know who was working on what, the status or if it was complete which led to confusion, frustration and lots of anxiety. Wrike provides order and organization which leads to happy users
Pros
- Organization of tasks
- Customization of forms
- Ease of use
Cons
- Sometimes it's hard for users to find their requests once they submit them
- Finding the forms when submitting a request could be a little easier
- Huge increase in Productivity
- Better team accountability
- Workload tracking
We do not use these features at all that I am aware of but are exploring the AI capabilities to see how it can assist our teams in the future to continue to improve our internal user experience both using Wrike and getting help from the team when they need internal support.
In my opinion, Wrike is very similar to Asana (Asana has Wrike beat when it comes to completing tasks. Who doesn't enjoy seeing a rainbow unicorn fly across the screen when marking a task complete). Jira is also very similar but a bit more robust as it integrates with Aha for more of a project management tool (maybe Wrike does too, we just don't have a need for Aha) I do appreciate that Wrike integrates with Slack though. That feature is coming soon to our users.
