Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We have been using it for our real estate transactions and are about to implement it in the rental side, as well as adding our construction business/projects to it. It provides a single platform for the entire team to know the status of projects with clients which creates seamless customer service.
  • Automated workflow both within the CRM and other Zoho applications.
  • Provides a customized view of our projects and clients at the same time.
  • Integrates with our marketing channels and social media to build deeper relationships with clients.
  • Some of the integrations are not as easy to configure when coming from outside apps - but a good programmer can do anything we need.
  • The many tabs and integrations can be confusing v. a client centric page with all the integration options - Campaigns they are part of, email threads, etc.
  • Zoho has made it easier to capture website leads and convert them into clients.
  • Simple automation with Zoho has increased our customer retention by 30%.
There is room for improvement, but overall it has the features and functionality that is needed in any business. And the easy integration into existing systems being used makes it a great singular dashboard to work with client interactions.
I think it is just flexible enough to meet the Enterprise level needs of any size business.
I chose the Zoho Enterprise platform because of the easy integration, and information can be sorted and filtered based on campaigns, and projects.

Zoho CRM is an open framework platform that allows custom integrations with outside applications, and easy links to other Zoho platforms. The ease of customization and integration makes Zoho a perfect platform for my growing business. From what I can tell so far, there are no limits on the capabilities I can incorporate into this single platform.
