Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use it to manage a database of over 90,000 prospects and connections. 90,000 records is a lot to manage and Zoho helps us keep all of the important details in one place. We have a sales team calling to generate business and use the CRM to monitor activity and manage performance.

Very easy to find the simple stuff, but if you're looking for increased customization of workflow rules you have to dig a little more.
It's good - but it would be nice if analytics was all in one system. The reports tab through the CRM is a bit weak. We like graphs.
