For the basic tools we need, ( analytics / scheduling posts and general maintenance of social media channels), Zoho Social does all of this perfectly. No complaints.
Not had any experience of support yet as all tools are simple to use and explained to a satisfactory level.
Fantastic for general maintenance and upkeep of social media channels, website itself runs very smooth too. Analytics is interesting and straight to the point, gives me all the data I need.
